We provide dressage training at all levels, both helping you to improve and progress your horse or in case your plan is to sell.

Adam Lastowka

Adam is a Grand Prix trainer who has more then 20 years of professional training experience under his belt. He competed Barbara and Alan's Friedman's Jazz stallion, Oleander, through the Grand Prix. Along the way, he and Oleander won the FEI 6 YEar Old Division at Dressage at Devon. In addition Adam developed a large lists of horses he succesfully competed in the FEI show ring. With a back ground in a variety of disciplines Adam developed himself as a true horse person, developing his eye for the qualities of a good dressage horse along the way. He is very skilled in the art of long lining and he is able to perform miracles with horses that either have submission issue's or are in need of training in piaffe/- passage work.

Adam worked with high level dressage trainers like Kathy Connelly, Robert Dover and Henk van Bergen. Over the years Adam and Roel Theunissen are, on a daily basis, working closely together. Adam's upbeat personality is infectious to people and he attracts lot's of students by making every lesson a fun and educational experience.

Roel moved to the USA in 1996 and started out as the general manager/head trainer at Wadsworth Farm, a brand new dressage training facility north of Boston, MA. In 2005 Roel moved down to Madison, GA and joined Adam Lastowka at After the Fox Farm. Roel is a graduate of the prestigious Dutch Equestrian Educations " Deurne”.  Upon graduating Roel moved to Germany to work with the now deceased, world renowned dressage trainer Georg Theodorescu. After a year and a half Roel returned to The Netherlands to start his own dressage training business at the well known Trakehner Stud "The Berkenhoeve” in Apeldoorn. During this time Roel worked intensively with Henk van Bergen whose training system became the foundation of the years to follow.

At this point Roel's focuss is mainly on the training, sales and coaching aspect of the business. Over the 30 years being a dressage trainer Roel trained hundreds of horses, many to Grand Prix. Along the way many riders earned their USDF Bronze, Silver and Gold medals under his guidance. Besides coaching at the USEF National Championships in Gladstone  Roel coached students at the 2007 Pan Am Games in Rio de Janeiro as well as the 2010 Freestyle World Cup in Leipzig. As an International level trainer Roel is a member of the International Dressage Trainers Club (IDTC).

In his teaching Roel Theunissen is very articulate and has the ability to improve rider and horse in a systematic way; truthful to a fair and correct way of riding.

Sandy Osborn

   

Sandy joined the After the Fox Farm Team in 2006 and has impressive credentials on her own. Sandy is a Grand Prix Rider and a "S" Judge who is currently working towards fulfilling the requirements  to apply for the "C" status. To learn more about Sandy:
